I love teaching yoga. I lead with a humble and compassionate heart. I ask participants in my classes to listen to their own body/ heart and that their body is the expert in the class. I offer awareness and mindfulness practices, to assist in connecting to the breath to the body. I begin each class with an inspirational quote, virtue, story or song.
My guiding question is: “What if everyone could experience their own brilliance and lived their life from that vantage point. What kind of world could we create?”
